Hey Chaim here.
Let’s dive deeper into me and FYA. Fit Yid Academy is an online Health and Fitness Academy that guides Jewish men in creating their health and fitness as a priority in their daily life. FYA started 4 years ago out of my own transformation. As a single guy I moved from NY to AZ.
The first thing I decided to tackle when I made that move was my Health and Fitness. It didn't change me, it transformed me. That's when FYA was born. I specialize in working with Jewish men to prioritize their physical health. As you already know, we have a lot on our plates (pun intended), so often our own physical health goes to the waist side (sorry I couldn't resist that one haha). Creating this identity as a single guy will give you a massive head start. Being someone who prioritizes their health and fitness has many benefits physically, mentally, and emotionally.
So when it comes to being confident dating, developing this tool is a secret to success.
I get immense joy from helping Jewish men transform their lives just like I helped:
💪 Ari R. develop a consistent fitness routine similar to his Minyan commitments.
💪 Avi D. built muscle while maintaining his original weight level. (10 to 29 push ups).
💪 Chaim G. lower his bad cholesterol levels by an amazing 87 points.

They have shared the group component is very valuable, and prioritizing their physical health has helped them be more present and energized with their wife and children, more productive at work and they have seen fewer sick days and fewer naps needed. The need for a multi-angel approach is the most impactful point I have learned. Therefore, we develop 7 core mindsets & 6 core Habits that work alongside prioritizing your nutrition and fitness.
This is laid out in a roadmap we guide you through during your time in the Academy. Sustainability is the goal. Not quick fixes, or one-dimensional approaches.

Gila Glassberg
Gila Glassberg: Health Coach for Women
Gila Glassberg is a Master's level registered dietitian and a certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. As a teenager, she was faced with constant diet talk, body shaming and obsessive guilt around food. This led to years of struggling with disordered eating.
This is what propelled her into the field of nutrition. She now uses a non-diet, weight-neutral approach called Intuitive Eating to help her clients all over the world. She helps growth oriented women break out of chronic dieting, and regain clarity into what is really important to them.

Gila Glassberg holds a B.S. degree in science from Queens College and an M.S. degree in science/nutrition from Lehman College. She has a private practice where she helps her clients heal their relationship with food, body and mind. She is educating the students on the science of nutrition from a weight neutral, non diet approach.
